SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies into the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency stated it is actually alarmed with regard to the substantial quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office committed to service the area regularly.
